Order processing

We will process and send it on our company's working day (excluding company holidays or national holidays). Note that the arrival time will vary depending on the sending country

Instructions for order establishment. Orders placed after 18:00 on Friday to Sunday and major festive holidays will not be fulfilled until the next business day. (Weekdays: Monday to Friday 10:00-18:30)

Packages will be shipped to the address you provided during checkout. Please make sure your full name and shipping address are complete to avoid shipping companies returning the package to us due to incorrect shipping information or failed delivery. We do not take any responsibility. If this happens, no refund will be given.

If you resend it, please re-purchase (please check clearly before placing an order).
